I’m trying to edit the Chat Notification Email but can’t find it in Admin–> Email → Templates Can anyone offer any advice on how to edit it? I need to modify the footer text but can’t figure out how. Thanks.

You can modify this directly in the admin: /admin/customize/site_texts?q=view_message
