Reply format to show employees holiday in topic calendar

Documentation for the calendar plugin mentions

However it is not mentionned what reply format is needed for the dates and time of employees holidays to be visible in the calendar.

Would anyone how to do it?

The insert date and time button from the message editor … menu is how to proceed, I will add it to the documentation thread as this is not mentionned.(some may think that you may need to create an event but you don’t, just add a date/time stamp)

Thanks for the help, as I was looking to create a holiday calendar I only read the holiday part which does not mention the need to use the Insert date function
